With the morning timed qualifying sessions and Last Chance Qualifying motos at the 2019 Budds Creek Motocross wrapped up, the field is set for the eleventh round of the 2019 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship. It seems like today will be another big test of a rider’s physical fitness because temperatures are forecasted to be in the high 80s with the impossible to escape Atlantic Coast humidity, and a soft soil type will eventually become even rutted and technical.

For the second weekend in a row, Ken Roczen was the fastest rider in the 450 class. The Team Honda HRC rider posted a 2:00.342 lap in the first session, which was nearly two seconds quicker than anyone else in the field at that time. Marvin Musquin closed the gap in the second session with a 2:01.353, but Roczen’s early lap kept him in the top spot. With the high temperatures and humidity, Roczen pulled himself out of the second session early to maintain energy.
