Riders, teams, and the media have all assembled at Angel Stadium for the press conference ahead of the 2020 Anaheim One Supercross. The Friday get-together is an obligatory affair, as front-runners of the 450 class sit on stage and field questions about their preseason preparation and outlook for the 2020 Monster Energy Supercross Series, but it’s still a must-watch event for diehard fans.
This year’s press conference will be one of the biggest in recent memory and will include defending champion Cooper Webb alongside Eli Tomac, Ken Roczen, Jason Anderson, Malcolm Stewart, Zach Osborne, Justin Barcia, Chad Reed, Justin Brayton, Blake Baggett, and Adam Cianciarulo. It will be interesting to hear what Webb’s outlook is on the title defense, how many in the field have recovered from a treacherous 2019 season, what incoming rookie Cianciarulo says on the main stage, and how Reed faces the room during recollections of his soon to end career.
