2020 SALT LAKE CITY ONE SUPERCROSS | COMPLETE COVERAGE
We’re bummed for Broc Tickle. After being cleared to race after a lengthy ban by WADA and a fill-in deal to complete the 2020 Monster Energy Supercross Series with JGRMX/Yoshimura/Suzuki Factory Racing, Tickle’s return to action was cut short by a broken hand at the Arlington Supercross and he spent the COVID-caused layoff healing up. The Salt Lake City rounds were to be the return to his return of racing.
Unfortunately, Tickle had another spill during the Free Practice session on Sunday at the 2020 Salt Lake City One Supercross, and the way he came down on the bike resulted in a fracture to a bone on the outside of his right hand. Tickle was a scratch for the rest of Sunday’s racing and in a quick update posted to the JGRMX team’s Instagram page, explained that he will sit out the Wednesday night race in order to give the injury extra time to heal. His recovery process started on Monday morning with a visit to a sports therapy clinic in SLC.
