The East Coast tour of the Monster Energy Supercross Series kicked off this weekend in Tampa, Florida’s Raymond James Stadium, and the racing was every bit as good as we had hoped it would be. In the Eastern Regional 250 Supercross class, Monster Energy/Star Racing/Yamaha’s Shane McElrath turned in a dominant performance and led the field from start to finish. In the 450 class, Monster Energy Kawasaki’s Eli Tomac ran down his teammate Adam Cianciarulo to earn his third win of the season and take control of the red plate for the first time this year. After the races, we pinned it to the pits to chat up as many racers as we could. Enjoy!
