Every rider was excited to dig their tires into the perfectly prepped dirt at the 2022 RedBud Motocross, and it showed during the motos at the fifth round of the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship. The afternoon’s 450 Class action saw Eli Tomac go 1-1 for an important overall victory, Chase Sexton charge to second and maintain the red plate, Justin Barcia earn a podium with 8-3 scores, Joey Savatgy run at the front, Ryan Dungey continue to improve, and Marshal Weltin match his personal-best result. Meanwhile, the 250 Class action saw the debut of Ryder DiFrancesco, another good run by Seth Hammaker, Ty Masterpool go top-10 as a privateer, Jett Lawrence finish DNF-1, Stilez Robertson land on the podium, and a 2-2 result by Hunter Lawrence that put him at the top of the standings.
