After a one-week break, the Monster Energy Supercross Championship is back in action with the 2022 St. Louis Supercross. We’re in the beginning of the end, as this weekend’s race is the first of five consecutive events that will wrap up the season. Will the time help propel a few riders to the front of the pack? Or will Tomac and Lawrence continue to click off wins?

This weekend’s race is a Triple Crown, which should add some excitement to both the 450 Class and the 250 East Region. 


250 EAST REGION

11. Kyle Chisholm | The 450 Class privateer returns to the 250 East Region with Monster Energy/Star Racing/Yamaha.

18. Jett Lawrence | The Team Honda HRC rider leads the 250 East Region championship.

24. RJ Hampshire

36. Max Vohland | The Red Bull KTM rider returns to action after a hematoma on the shoulder and cracks to the clavicle caused him to miss much of the SX season.

38. Joshua Varize

39. Jarrett Frye

44. Pierce Brown | The Troy Lee Designs/Red Bull/GASGAS Factory Racing rider is third in the 250 East Region championship standings. He trails Lawrence by by thirty-eight points.

48. Cameron McAdoo | The Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki rider crashed during Friday’s riding session and his sidelined with a shoulder injury. He is second in the 250 East Region championship standings coming into the weekend and trails Lawrence by by eleven points.

52. Kyle Peters | The Phoenix Racing Honda rider is back on the track after being sidelined by a broken hand and ribs from a crash at Daytona.

37. Coty Schock | The Phoenix Honda rider is on the mend with a knee injury and sore shoulder from a crash in Arlington.

50. Stilez Robertson | The Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing rider is sidelined with a wrist injury from a practice crash. 

56. Josh Osby | The rider was released by Phoenix Racing Honda mid-season.

59. Levi Kitchen | The Monster Energy/Star Racing/Yamaha rider suffered a broken tibia and knee cap from a crash in Arlington.

65. Grant Harlan | The Texas rider is on the sidelines after a split from the TiLube Honda team and a recent practice crash.

68. Preston Kilroy | The BARX/Chaparral/Suzuki rider is on the sidelines list after a crash in Indianapolis left him with fractures to his pelvis and femur.

70. Ramyller Alves | The Invictus Speed Crew rider is on the sidelines from a concussion suffered in Arlington.

85. Hunter Sayles | The Partzilla/Team PRMX rider is indefinitely sidelined due to eight broken ribs and a punctured lung from a press day crash in Detroit.

92. Jace Kessler | The SGB Honda rider is off the entry list after suffering crashes and small injuries in recent races.

116. TJ Albright | The privateer will miss an undetermined amount of time with a broken wrist from an incident in Indianapolis.

124. Jett Reynolds | The Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki rider will will miss an undetermined amount of time due to a broken hand.

150. Jess Pettis | The Red Bull KTM Canada rider will miss the East Region after a recent crash left him with a broken scapula, broken collarbone, and punctured lung.

247. Brock Papi | The Florida privateer will miss the rest of Supercross due to a broken collarbone from a crash in Indianapolis.

437. Vincent Luhovey | The East Coast rider has withdrawn from the remaining Supercross rounds after crashes and a short term with the PRMX Kawasaki team.

484. Tanner Ward | The Canadian rider’s time in Supercross is complete. He will now focus on the upcoming Canadian National championship.

682. Izaiah Clark | The Iowa privateer will miss an undetermined amount of time due to a broken foot.

450 CLASS

3. Eli Tomac | The Monster Energy/Star Racing/Yamaha rider leads the championship standings.

10. Justin Brayton | The Smartop/Bullfrog Spas/MotoConcepts/Honda rider returns following a full recovery from a concussion sustained in Indianapolis.

12. Shane McElrath | The BBMX rider was set to return to action from a knee injury and hit to the head suffered in a practice crash at Indianapolis, but will not take part in this weekend’s race due to the team’s current issues.

MISSING FROM THE LIST

1. Cooper Webb | The Red Bull KTM rider will miss St. Louis due to a recent practice crash, but intends to return for Atlanta. 

7. Aaron Plessinger | The Red Bull KTM rider will miss an extended part of the Supercross season due to a broken arm from a practice crash. 

9. Adam Cianciarulo | The Monster Energy Kawasaki rider injured his knee during a practice incident in San Diego and will miss the rest of the SX season. The time off will allow him to heal a Grade Three AC separation in his left shoulder.

14. Dylan Ferrandis | The Monster Energy/Star Racing/Yamaha rider will miss an extended part of the Supercross season due to a jammed wrist and bone bruise caused by a cased landing in Detroit.

17. Joey Savatgy | The Rocky Mountain ATV-MC/WPS/KTM rider tore the ACL in his right knee in a recent practice crash, worsened the injury in San Diego, and will miss the rest of the SX season.

46. Justin Hill | The PRMX rider will miss the season due to a shoulder injury from a practice crash.

94. Ken Roczen | The Team Honda HRC rider is taking an indefinite hiatus from the 2022 Supercross season after recent struggles with his health.

97. Jerry Robin | The SKDA/FCC Motosports will miss an upcoming portion of the Supercross season due to an ongoing shoulder injury.

421. Vann Martin | The Texas privateer is sidelined with broken T6 and T7 vertebra. Fortunately, he has feeling through his body and is on his way to a full recovery.

751. Josh Hill | The Team Tedder/Monster Energy/Lucas Oil/KTM fill-in rider is sidelined with hip and pelvis injuries from a crash at Anaheim Three.
