2023 GLENDALE SUPERCROSS | COMPLETE COVERAGE
Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki has announced Cameron McAdoo will not compete at the 2023 Glendale Supercross due to a shoulder injury he sustained in a practice crash this week. This incident is the latest in a challenging year for the Pro Circuit squad, as every rider on their roster will have missed at least one round of this year’s Monster Energy Supercross Championship.
McAdoo has been on the podium at four of the five events the 250 West Coast Region has contested this year and is currently ranked third in the championship standings. Unfortunately, the rider has not been without issue, and an arm injury he sustained during Timed Qualifying at the 2023 Anaheim Two Supercross held him to sixth place overall finish in the Triple Crown format.
Kawasaki’s official statement says that McAdoo will undergo further evaluation and that additional updates will be provided when more information is available.
Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki will have one bike on the track at this weekend’s Triple Crown in Arizona with Carson Mumford, a fill-in rider that missed much of the year with injuries of his own. The 250 West Coast Region will have a one-week break before the first East-West Showdown of the season, the 2023 East Rutherford Supercross on April 22.
