The 2023 Ironman Motocross was a fitting end to the Pro Motocross Championship, as the warm August day in Indiana provided the perfect setting for the last set of gate drops to the summer series. Hunter Lawrence and Jo Shimoda were the big winners in the 250 Class, with Lawrence clinching the title through a determined effort in Moto One while Shimoda earned the overall win with 1-1 scores. Jett Lawrence capped off a flawless rookie season in the 450 Class with another pair of checkered flags that made him the third rider in the sport’s history to go undefeated in every race.
