Portland International Raceway is the place to be the Thursday before the Washougal round of Pro Motocross, as the famed PNW facility lures fast riders to the starting line with a healthy purse. After the 20-minute moto wrapped, we grabbed time with winner Grant Harlan, podium finishers Ryder Floyd and Brandon Ray, and holeshot award co-winner Kevin Moranz.
