Round three and the series finale of the 2024 Supermotocross Playoff series is underway, as today’s action kicked off this morning at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Moments ago, Timed Qualifying sessions took place, where riders in both the 250 Class and 450 Class got a half-hour to learn the unique race circuit through two 15-minute sessions.
Haiden Deegan continued his successful summer as he topped the charts in both of the 250 Timed Qualifying sessions. Ultimately, Haiden’s 1:37.207 was the best time in the class. It was followed by Julien Beaumer’s 1:37.259, which he logged late in the final session. Ryder DiFrancesco seemed to be jelling with the unique race course as he rounded out the top-3 with a 1:38.146.
Jett Lawrence topped the charts in 450 Timed Qualifying with a blistering fast 1:33.875, which he logged on his very last lap and topped his already fastest time. With a 1:34.958, Team Honda HRC teammate Hunter Lawrence was the next name on the lap time sheets. Eli Tomac rounded out the top-3 with a 1:35.725 in Las Vegas.
