2024 WASHOUGAL MOTOCROSS | COMPLETE COVERAGE
The Pro Motocross Championship will finish up a month-long run of motos with today’s 2024 Washougal Motocross.
We’re in for a warm July day in the woods of Southern Washington, as forecasts call for sunny skies, calm winds, and temperatures in the low 90s. The national weather service has issued an advisory for Saturday afternoon, and the dry heat will be a much different challenge than last week in Minnesota.
144 riders have filed entries with the AMA for today’s action, with 74 signed up in the 250 Class and 70 in the 450 Class. Raceday will follow the same expediated schedule as last week due to TV, with no start practice in Timed Qualifying, an earlier call time for the races, and 450s going first in the rotation.
Many traveling riders and teams were affected by the world-wide technology outage on Friday, with some going to great lengths to make it to the Pacific Northwest by Saturday morning, and fortunately it doesn’t sound like any marquee rider will miss the motos due to the issue.
