The 2025 SML 250 MX Shootout has come to a close and our wrap-up video revealed the details about our overall winner, but now it is time to visit each bike in detail and showcase the insight and opinions of our test riders. Of the three Austrian machines, the Gas Gas MC 250F is marketed as the most affordable option as it lacks a map selection switch, has cast triple clamps, and has non-anodized rims. The suspension is also softer and set more for comfort than performance. While we all liked the bike, in stick condition it was simply not as enticing as some of the rest. This held the Gas Gas MC 250F to sixth overall.
