2025 Kawasaki KX450SR vs. Husqvarna FC 450 Rockstar Edition

A couple of weeks ago, we took delivery of the 2025 Husqvarna FC 450 Rockstar Edition bike and have been really enjoying our time on the special edition machine. Thanks to its special smartphone app connectivity feature, adjusting the bike’s engine characteristics is a cinch and the differences in feel on the track are remarkable. A few months ago, we compared the 2025 Kawasaki KX450 SR to the Honda CRF450R Works Edition, so we thought it would be fitting to see how the exciting new Husky matched up against the Special Racer, which was preferred by both Pat Foster and Donn Maeda over the red machine. For this comparison, Michael Crocco from Fox Racing joined Senior Test Rider Pat Foster for a day of back-to-back testing at Glen Helen Raceway.
