2025 Philadelphia Supercross | Qualifying Report

The 2025 Monster Energy Supercross Championship and the 2025 SuperMotocross World Championship is back on the East coast for the second consecutive weekend in a row, as the thirteenth race day of the season is officially in progress following this morning’s revised qualifying sessions. Riders took to the technical course that fills the inside of Lincoln Financial Field just a few moments ago for their timed-qualifying practices. Just hundredths of a second split the front-runners in both the 250SX West and 250SX East classes, as well as the 450SX class. Here’s a look at the fastest qualifiers and some information on how their qualifying sessions went at Philadelphia!

Julien Beaumer was the man on top in this morning’s 250SX overall Timed-Qualifying, as the Red Bull KTM Factory Racing rider logged a blistering fast 49.205 late in the final session of practice. Garrett Marchbanks was the next name on the overall 250SX leaderboards from qualifying, following an impressive 49.865 aboard his Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki. Cole Davies completed the 250X West division sweep in overall class qualifying and rounded out the top-3 with his 50.193.

Just one week after his first-career podium, Gage Linville unfortunately went down hard in the final session of Timed-Qualifying and was escorted off the course in the back of the medical cart with what looked to be a possible shoulder injury.

Chase Sexton looked to have a point to prove in Philadelphia, as he came out swinging in 450SX Timed-Qualifying. The Red Bull KTM Factory Racing rider rocketed to the top on his very last lap on the course before gate-drop and laid down an impressive 48.491. Current red-plate holder and championship points-leader Cooper Webb was just behind on the time sheets, following a 48.659 in the final session of practice. Monster Energy/Star Racing/Yamaha teammate Justin Cooper rounded out the top-3 in 450SX qualifying with a 49.024.
