Mini Major East by SEVEN | August 19-21 | Monster Mountain MX

We are super excited to be closing in on the 2nd installment of this years three round Mini Major Series, the Mini Major East by SEVEN!  It was super exciting watching all the riders who have come through the Mini Major in their racing career battling at the Loretta Lynn’s Ranch this past week.  Amazing to see many of the past Mini Major by SEVEN riders on 250’s now as this is the 7th Anniversary year of us running this mini only event.  This week it’s all about preparing for that beautiful dirt we can’t wait to get back to at Monster Mountain in Tallassee Alabama!  The whole crew out there is super excited to have us returning and they are making major track changes in order to prepare for the race!  The hype has begun and the West having their race already completed is claiming the fastest riders.  We look forward to seeing the riders on the East and then bringing them all together at Freestone MX on the National Track September 23-25.

This year we have a Championship in the middle of the country which happens at Freestone MX September 23rd – 25th.  Riders who compete in the East or West event will get preferred gate picks at the Championship.  Riders will also get the chance to run a 1W or 1E at the final if they win a class on the East or West.  We are loading up the rig this weekend and hitting the road though for Monster Mountain and we look forward to seeing everyone there!  If you won a class at last years Mini Major East we are encouraging you to run the #1 for this race as well!  Pre registration is open if you CLICK HERE

Last year we tried a new Friday night event at the Mini Major that was an instant hit!  The Father Son Race is back this year and we will see if the Chad and Tate Reed duo can take home the trophy this time.  Father and Son racers will actually share the same bike trading riders each lap.  We had some Mom’s take part as well and even with the win in the 85 class on the West!  It’s a great way to wrap up our first day of all practice.  It’s hard to tell who has more fun the spectators or the racers, but it’s a can’t miss experience with the kids that will provide bench racing memories for many years to come.

Saturday we start our two moto Championship format.  We will push deep into the schedule and give riders a chance to race three classes in just about any scenario.  Our entry fees are super competitive for this size of event as well and we really try to give you the most laps for your money.  Some ambitious racers do even more classes on different bike sizes!  Saturday night festivities include the STACYC GROMCROSS action for our youngest Little Rippers!  Classes starting at 2 years old and opportunities for both stock and mod divisions.  You will be able to register on site or pre register and CLICK HERE
