During Adam Cianciarulo’s championship celebration at the Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki rig following the 2019 Ironman Motocross, we grabbed a few moments with team owner-manager Mitch Payton. One of the few that has been behind AC since the amateur days, Payton has watched the newly crowned 250 MX champion grow as a person and as a racer over the past decade. To win a title means a lot for the team, sure, and it’s obvious that this one means a lot to Mitch and Pro Circuit, because it was their last chance to do it with AC. Pardon the background noise and engine revs, but it all adds to the mood and makes it clear how much everyone enjoyed Cianciarulo and company’s success.
