Austin Forkner | Win at All Costs

Before last weekend’s Anaheim One season opener, it had been eight months since Austin Forkner lined up behind the starting gate and unbelievably, he says that he wasn’t sure if he would be competitive or not. Although he is listed in fifth in the Anaheim One results column in the Western Regional 250 Supercross class, the Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki rider led the majority of the main event until a miscalculation cost him his first win of the season.

With one race out of the way, Forkner is full of confidence and anxious to get back to racing this weekend in St. Louis. We caught up with him at the Pro Circuit Supercross track at Glen Helen this week to chat about momentum, his mindset on the starting line, and the lengths he will go to, to reach his goals…
