Tony Alessi is well known for his mini-dad days, as he brought sons Mike and Jeff Alessi up through the ranks and into professional racing. Now, Tony is team manager of the successful Smartop/Bullfrog Spas/Motoconcepts/Honda team that fields Malcolm Stewart, Justin Hill, and Vince Friese for the 2020 season. It’s no question that Tony has some stories to tell from the years of being a mini dad and now a team manager, so we sat down with him for over 20-minutes and discussed some of the memories, rumors, and dramatic moments.
