No one knows Loretta Lynn’s like Tony Alessi. The barometer for success in the amateur racing is influenced by the success that Mike and Jeff had at The Ranch in the early 2000s, which was aided Tony’s attention to detail every step of the way. After years away from the Tennessee track, Alessi has returned to share his personal advice and the resources of the SmarTop/Bullfrog Spas/MotoConcepts/Honda squad with B Class rider Luke Kalaitzian, a rider he noticed during a recent trip to Glen Helen Raceway. Alessi’s hunch about the California rider has proved to be correct so far, because Kalaitzian has been near the front of the pack and he will enter the final Moto of the 450 B Class in contention for the championship.
