Jeremy McGrath’s Maxxis Tire Giveaway
Unless you’ve been living in a cave for a few years, you should already know that with the help of Jeremy McGrath, Maxxis Tires are taking big leaps forward in motocross tire performance. Already a leader in auto and bicycle racing, Maxxis is serious about gaining the top step in moto traction, too.
The Maxxcross MX ST is a new intermediate- to soft-terrain tire that McGrath himself developed, and it’s been greeted by great reviews from all who’ve tried it. We attended the MX ST launch at last year’s Mammoth Motocross and were so impressed by their grip and predictable feel, that we raced with them instead of the tires we brought up with us. The rear tire, especially, has great feel and slides with predictability and precision when you want it to.
Here’s the deal: Maxxis sent us FOUR sets of MX ST tires: two for a 250F and two for a 450F. The Amsoil Swapmoto Race Series visits LACR this Sunday and we will be giving the four sets of tires away to riders that McGrath will choose on Friday. How do you win? Register to comment below, then tell us about your motorcycle and why you deserve a free set of tires this Sunday at LACR! Be sure to include your bike size… We will contact you via e-mail on Friday! And yes, you must be present at this weekend’s Swapmoto Race Series event to take delivery of your tires!
I ride a 2017 ktm350sx. I cant afford new tires and sliding out sucks.
I ride a 2018 YZ450F and my tires are shot. Getting deployed in July and want to make the best of Southern CA riding while I still have some time.
I ride a 2005 CRF 250R the front tire its done the rear it’s like 60% thread.getting this tires would really be a blessing since all my founds go to my son dirt bike parts and gear etc. But still am on a really tight budget I rather have him ride
I ride a 2011 yz450. Last time I rode I shattered my ulna, broke a bone in my hand, and also broke my collar bone out at barona mx track. I would like to say it was because the nubs on my tires are cracking and just couldn’t hold the bike up anymore. But it was definitely just lack of talent.😂 Can’t wait to get back on the bike and ride again.

I have a 2012 kx250f.. Completely rebuilding the whole thing. Swapping everything from top/bottom end to body. Piece by piece. Would be nice to slap on some new shoes on it while in the process.
