Man, last week was a whirlwind of work and fun. After only one day to recover from our big trip to Moab, Utah, with Jeremy McGrath, we went straight into two days of 2021 450 MX Shootout testing. Now, riding all of the new bikes may seem fun and glamorous, but it’s a lot tougher than you might expect. It was a big goal of mine to be recovered from my broken neck in time to participate, and I was super happy and thankful to be back on the motorcycle in time! As soon as we wrapped up the shootout, it was straight into the fifth-annual Mini Major by Seven MX. I really enjoy watching the kids interact with their families and the whole weekend was super rewarding. I have to say, though, that if I never hear another Cobra 50 for the rest of my life I will die a happy man!
