It was an abbreviated week for me in this week’s episode, as my wife and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary and headed to Hawaii midweek for a little getaway. That’s not to say that I didn’t squeeze in a couple of great days on two wheels before leading California just in time to avoid a heat wave that swept through the West Coast. I promised my wife that I wouldn’t work while on vacation, but I snuck my GoPro into my bike bag and recorded what was one of the most beautiful trails I’ve ridden! Pineapple Express in the Makawao Forest Preserve is a dream ride, for sure!
