Piston Bones Printing is a Corona, California, based printing company that can do everything from motorcycle graphics to jersey lettering, and from banners to custom apparel. A former motocross racer himself, Brian Pappalardo has his finger on the pulse of motocross and has a great understanding of how things work and what looks cool.
We’ve turned to Piston Bones for help with jersey printing and last-minute numberplate backgrounds on many occasions, but we wanted to see what they could come up with when it came to a full set of graphics for our 2021 KTM 450 SX-F test bike.
We were definitely stoked on the design, as the black theme was a nice departure from the norm when it comes to a KTM. More impressive, though, were the die lines of some of the graphic components, like the front fender. Instead of being several smaller stickers, the front fender was one large piece. We were skeptical about installing it at first, but it went on easily and cleanly.
Another component that we were impressed with was the KTM’s vented airbox, as the holes all lined up perfectly. All in all, the entire kit was easy to install, fit perfect, and looks good!
Piston Bones Printing can create anything you desire: we’ve even seen a Honda kit covered with Japanese anime girls! Find them at pistonbones.com on the web, @pistonbones_printing on Instagram, or call 909/418-1324
The girls flocked around that machine all weekend at Day in the Dirt right?
