There is one racer’s on the entry sheet for the 2021 Thunder Valley Motocross whose listed hometown stood out to us: Rashidi Kerrison of Manhattan, NY. The Big Apple isn’t known as a hotbed of MX activity (mainly because there’s no way a track could be built in the city), but that didn’t Kerrison from getting interested. After seeing dirt bikes around the borough, he worked to get one of his own and went all-in on racing, eventually earning his pro license.

Kerrison aims to race multiple rounds of the 2021 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship in the 450 Class aboard a 2021 Honda CRF450R, a bike that he’s purchased every component for either at full-pop or with help from brands in the industry.
