Round 3 Fall Classic by AMSOIL UPDATE FOR THIS WEEKEND CANCELLATION

Share

UPDATE*** We are very sorry to report due to circumstances out of our control we are forced to cancel this weekends race that was originally scheduled for Lake Elsinore then moved to Honolulu Hills.  The series will have it’s final race of the year at Glen Helen Dec 15th and we look forward to seeing you all then.  Thank you

The original schedule had us racing at Lake Elsinore Motorsports Park this weekend, but as you have probably heard there has been a sudden closure of the historic track that sent us searching for another location to hold the event. We had originally planned to partner with Biggeez BBQ to benefit our friends recovery from a big crash earlier this year. Lots of people were affected by this closure including the Elsinore GP, Grindstone Compound’s SX track and more… The media stories out there don’t tell the whole story and very few know the depth, but the loss is that we have one less place to ride in Riverside County. As a person that has been on the front lines of tracks closing, permitting a new track that didn’t open and more this hit home and brought up some tough memories.

We got right to work though and spoke to Jeff Reynolds who has been operating multiple tracks in the Bakersfield area. KCRP, American MX, and Honolulu Hills. Jeff is the father of pro racer Jett Reynolds and he gets it. He is one of our favorite people to work with because he knows what it takes to build a good race track and maintain on race day. We quickly made the decision to lock in our date and this weekend we are stoked to load up the wagon and race at Honolulu Hills. We hope to see you there and look forward to your support of California tracks and racing.

We have had our 2025 race schedule built since September but haven’t released it as we waited on some other big events and their schedules to be released. We make a big effort to work with those promoters that don’t play petty games like blocking us from social media and refusing to pick up the phone and communicate. All that being said we are very excited for 2025 and have some HUGE announcements coming for a great year of racing. We also know that some really big races will be coming to Honolulu Hills in 2025 so this is a great opportunity to try out the track and get some experience for when it’s a qualifier for a bigger racing goal.

Pre registration is open here – https://secure.tracksideprereg.com/cmxrs/ Sign up now and save $5 per class. We will have a bike valey on site for those that wish to get a hotel and don’t have a spot for their bike. See you this weekend!!!
