We’re Giving Away Adam Cianciarulo’s Bell Moto 9 Flex!

Do you have a special spot in your home or garage for motocross memorabilia? If you’re reading this on our website, we’re betting that you do. So how sweet would this Bell Moto 9 Flex look in your man cave or on the wall of your garage? Pretty cool, we’d say. But wait…it’s one of 2019 250 National Champion Adam Cianciarulo’s race-worn helmets, and it’s autographed by the champ, too! To be honest, we don’t want to give this bad boy away as it would look pretty sweet in our new Swapmoto Live HQ, but AC and Bell Helmets’ Benny Tozzi gave it to us specifically to give away to one of our dedicated readers!

How do you enter to win? It’s EASY. As we’ve done every month for the past three; we’re just looking for some feedback and suggestions from you, our readers and viewers! There’s no social media following and tagging required (although you SHOULD follow us on Instagram @swaomotolive)…all you have to do is check out the content we’ve posted on our web site and let us know what you think in the comments section! Love it? Hate it? Be honest…the only way we will get better at producing the kind of stuff that you want to see, is if YOU TELL US! Comment on as many or as few posts as you want. Obviously, the more the better as it will let us know which features you really like. On October 1st, we’ll choose our favorite critic and ship this collectible straight to you!

Last month, we offered up Justin Cooper’s Thor MX kit, and we’ve chosen Clinton Fowler as the winner. It’s on the way, Justin!

    More trips to Japan! ͡° ͜ʖ ͡ –

  2. Clint Barker September 9, 2019

killing like usual but maybe some random fast juniors (amateurs) from across the globe would be cool

  3. Greyson Brown September 9, 2019

The site is great keep doing what you’re doing. There’s just errors in the writing sometimes but nobody’s perfect. I would love to see more track tested or product reviews, I feel like they help the readers know what is good out there and whats not.

  4. Cyrus thomson September 9, 2019

I like that the shootouts include a variety of riders in varying age, skill and size. I feel as if some other publishers lose sight that people vary so much. I would like to see more hard part reviews however.

  5. Cameron Abrams September 9, 2019

As a whole, the site is good and definitely helps to fill the void that TWMX left (this is a good thing) but there are some things that could be done better. Minor spelling and grammar errors are somewhat prevalent and definitely bring down the quality of the editorials put out, but again, this is minor. It would also be nice to see more Canadian and European racing content as it can fill up slow news days and a lot of interesting stuff does happen North and east of the borders haha. Aside from that, I find this site to be the most user friendly of any MX site, as well as more down to earth, easy going site in comparison to certain others. Overall, 8.5/10. Some minor things hold you guys back but otherwise you’re awesome.

All you need is grammerly app for your spelling and grammer👌

        *Grammar

  6. JT McDonald September 9, 2019

Love how the shootouts focus on real consumers at all levels and not just fast guys or pros.

Nice smooth looking roll out for a new site, but since you asked I have a few suggestions/comments:
-when clicking on an article link on you home screen, if your cursor is over the text it does not redirect you to the article, you have to “mouse up” above the text to actually be able to navigate to the article.
-When reading your shootout it seemed almost “click-baitish” in that each bike was on its own page, which leads me to my next point
-The pop up with the “related article” is INCREDIBLY annoying especially when clicking through multiple pages of individual bike reviews
-the site seems a little slow/clunky and when accessing it earlier in the week the pages wouldn’t even load
-The writing and photography are great
-regular articles(kick start, garage finds etc) are cool and bring a bit of nostalgia over from transworld
-I found the hits and misses during the bike test to provide a nice quick synopsis, I also like the varying degree of rider skill that was utilized
-I always enjoy seeing a bit of behind the scenes with the riders, what they are like away from the track. I realize it is a bit hard anymore with social media, because the guys have a tendency to post some of that, but you know, the day in the life articles are always cool.
-I also always enjoy the “where are they now” sort of articles too. Its enlightening some times to hear what these top guys, or more intriguingly those that weren’t, are doing doin now. What happened to Justin bucklew, or Branden Jesseman, Brok Sellards etc.

All said in done for the short time that you guys have been up and running I think you are doing a great job and I look forward to seeing the evolution. Cheers

Swapmotolive has been a great adaptation to what you have done in years previous to keep relevant. The interviewes are a great insight to riders past and present. But I do have a few suggestions.
    1) link old tutorials videos you did in the past that are currently on YouTube Don. These are still watched by people and youngsters improving their abilities. I still watch them
    2) make new and current tutorial videos with your rider rosters. Keeping current with younger generation will get more exposure as the kids like newer rider references and HD quality
    3) spend some more time maybe once a month or have a dedicated section to expose the amatures that really make the sport grow. Kinda like you gear review you do. If a 250B rider sees his name and picture on your site, you will have their following for a lifetime.
Thank you for reading and your doing great but more exposure is always better.

    Regards
    Brandon

You webpage is really easier to look at than the past twmx online page. Instagram pages are both packed with content and the YouTube page is just as great. The only thing I can see improvement on is advertising for the swap Moto race series. Posting the schedule on both Instagram sites (swapmotolive and swapmotoraceseries) a week before a race to constantly remind people what races are coming up would be a plus. If you look at posts you can see the schedule is posted once and that’s it. If you draw a line through races that have already taken place on the poster and post the schedule Every week I think it might help people keep track of the races and hopefully hype the race and draw more of an attendance.

  10. Mie Wright September 9, 2019

can you go back to Japan for pre production of nect year bikes?

  11. Shawn Barton September 9, 2019

I love the content. The shootout was nice to see that you have every level in it. I wish I was like transworldmx with Monday kickstarts, little write about the riders who race in your series. More product testing with results and hopefully you guys have the December gift guides!

  12. Ryder September 9, 2019

Love your content. I also like that you use your following to bring some spotlight to the privateer riders!

  13. Marty Styliano September 9, 2019

His attitude is very inspirational to myself and my daughter, never give up and think positive.

  14. Ray Herring September 9, 2019

    Hey,
Personally I love the content of this website and what it’s all about. Nothing better than getting that behind the scenes look, and the most recent info before anyone else. Not that my opinion is worth anything because everyone has one, but I’ve listed mine below!

    A couple things I’ve noticed:
-The fat fingers on the keyboard…. None’s perfect! Or maybe it was on purpose! LOL
“When I first got on the bike it felt too soft and way too busy and I was surprised that standard clicker setting were so FART off. Thankfully a screwdriver is all that’s needed to make it great” – Don Maeda
-Also miss tagged the IG in this post! Swaomotolive

-The site seems a bit slow… Each page takes a brief moment to load, or I might need to switch from my cricket wireless services.

    – How about a music playlist for the site? I like how DirtShark has some music on his site.

-More pin ups? Cant go wrong with there..

-Maybe some live streaming instagram videos where fans or riders can join in and ask questions.

-SwapMoto Cribs edition? I like seeing what the pros spend that $$$$ on

    – Motorcross and Supercross Fantasy Leagues?? Maybe get a bunch of pros to compete in a league against each other and see who does the best?

-Tag along with Dean Wilson to Dan Bilzerians house and see where that ends up??? Might find some new pin ups… Just Sayin

Either way its a better website than 99% of the others out there, and way better than RV2’s website

Recap: BTS, Music, Pin Ups, Live Videos, Money, Entertainment, More Pin Ups, and giving RV2 more shit… Should be great website!!!

  15. Ray Herring September 9, 2019

I did just write this awesome review… then pressed comment and it never loaded onto the page… Oh well tell AC i said whats up

I don’t know what to add, Keep doing what you’re doing!! I love the shootouts but need some feedback from Dinner, more my size and speed! 💪🍩

  21. Jake Robinson September 9, 2019

We need more Anton! All the pods are great!!!

  22. Clinton Fowler September 9, 2019

Dude, this thing is a collector’s dream!

  23. BRAD CLARKE September 9, 2019

Hey Swap! I really enjoy the layout/content on the website & across social media so keep that up.
The only things id love to see added are:
    – Some vintage bike stuff from 70’s 80’s 90’s weather its an ex pro racing their ’75 kx400 or a moto model w/ a ’92 cr500, History is cool.
    – An insite to riders collections past and present.
    – A day in the life of riders including what they eat/drink/excercize plus the fun stuff would be interesting and beneficial.
    – Moto cribs.
    – Moto transport, vans/pickups/trailers/haulers etc..
    – The people behind the scenes both industry and riders.
    – Trick bits, we all drool over trick bits!
    -Track builds.
    Cheers guys, all the best!

  24. Jeff Peters September 9, 2019

At first the website was a little underwhelming but over the past few months the content has come to a level where I’m checking the website before I go to vital. Good stories, great articles and great authors. I can’t wait to see what you guys do for this next supercross season. Keep it up!

  25. Ethan Michael September 10, 2019

I’ve found myself drifting away from Transworld MX the last few years. But since the launch of Sawp Moto Live I’ve definitely noticed an increase in quality. I think the Transworld purchase was a blessing in disguise. The passion really comes across. It feels like a real grassroots effort without sacrificing any quality. Also the coverage seems to have stepped up. It feels like a much broader spectrum of the moto industry than in the past. Video interviews and the podcast are a nice touch. I can definitely say Sawp Moto Live has become a top source of news and entertainment for me. Keep it up! And bring back Wednesday Wallpaper!!

  26. Josh Armstrong September 10, 2019

I’m not 100% sure if this is the right location to for this post for a chance to win the helmet but I hope it is.
Regardless here are a few things I would LOVE to see.
    1. I loved the old amateur videos that vurb used to do! Those where awesome and I’ve been missing them big time.
    2. I used to love videos on catching up with pros who had their careers cut short due to injuries.
I would love to see some stuff on riders who risked it all and lost it all and how they are doing now of days.
    (Ian trettle, mayz, weeks, etc.
    3. I’d also like to read on follow ups with riders who where stand out amateurs and basically disappeared before pro debuts.
Riders who have lost big time rides.
I would love to read more about the deep dirt in motocross and I’m sure a lot of others would too.

Stuff I love about the site is that it’s been easy to use on my phone. The formats good. The content on insta is prime.
Clearly covering as much as possible.
Bringing in big time social media guys. Aka buttery.
    And obviously the giveaways lol
Love the content can’t wait for more.
    Cheers

  27. Gforced1 September 11, 2019

I will keep this positive and share what content I enjoying seeing. I feel it’s more useful then trying to criticize your work especially because you have more expierence than any of us. What I really enjoy seeing is the stuff that the average fan doesn’t get to see. Such as a day in the life of a racer, behind the scenes at races or manufactures. Stuff like that.

  28. Carissa Kowalski September 13, 2019

I love what you’re doing on this site! I grew up watching Inside the Outdoors and used to love all the behind the scenes content they had. By putting this site together with articles and video interviews, it feels like I still get the inside scoop! Keep doin’ what you’re doin’!

  29. Cade Klimesh September 13, 2019

Don’t change a thing, I love the coverage.

  30. James Lemmer September 13, 2019

I love the amount of content and the interviews with riders and industry people. Please make the main page headlines clickable, on my phone I have to go to the toolbar tab and find the section. Be easier to click on the picture and go to the article. Maybe it’s just me with that issue. Also let’s get more of the pits roaming videos and going into the rigs. Any insider views or info is always super cool. I like all the little details. How was your weekend is rad but ask them more direct questions. Obviously in a kind way but try to pry some midweek info that led to their weekend. Like how was your practice week like, how many adjustments did you guys make today? What are you trying to get the bike to do for you? Obviously it’s a bit family and everyone needs to get along but some critical questions would be cool. Overall though the site is still the best as far as content; however , maybe use racer x site as a model, very organized and easy to find articles and videos. Just organize the site a little better so I can see everything without having to keep scrolling down. I’m nit picking but I hope anything I said helps. Also love when you sit down with Roger and talk, nobody else has access like you do and I love it 🤘🏻 Keep up the great work and keep building, thanks Donn for being a rad kind guy and thank you Anton for all you do, and the funny stories about Anton haha

  31. Ian September 13, 2019

Love the content. Keep it up!

  32. Simon September 13, 2019

Love the content and updates through Instagram, interviews with the riders , love behind the scenes access.

  33. Traevon September 13, 2019

You should have more privateers on the show like Justin Starling, Jeff Walker, etc.

  34. Shawn September 13, 2019

Really like the instagram updates, and the fact you never quit after transworld let you down, much like AC did not quit after his let down . Both these choices make me happy

  35. Edwin September 13, 2019

Pretty simple, just keep doing what you are doing. The content is great (who cares about grammar when we come here to see whats going on in the sport) the news are up to date and its easy to navigate around the website!

  36. Cathy Perryman September 16, 2019

I am a moto mom.i love watching, reading and keeping up on mx news. I try to get to at least one supercross race a year with my son. He started racing when he was young and has stuck to it. He is now 39 and still living the dream. I live through him have watched his live become my love even after almost losing him to the sport and getting back in a year later. I love the retro riders and learning to love the up and coming riders. This page is a breath of fresh air and one that I will continue to read and us to stay up on my motor sports.. this old girl can learn new stuff !! Would love to add cool stuff to my son and I collection!

  37. Geoff September 17, 2019

Well done peeps! Just found the site and I love it!

  38. Matt C. September 17, 2019

The Big Dudes Ride Too | Plus-Sized 2020 450 Shootout vid was awesome. Not all of us are 18 and under 200bs anymore. Pfft, haven’t been under 200lbs for about 20 years ha. So the content thats relatable is great. Otherwise, some good stuff to keep me subscribed on youtube and checking in on insta!

  39. Bernhard Melbinger September 18, 2019

    Hey Swapmoto-Team,
I am a big fan of the “How was your weekend”-videos. It’s very interesting to get to know more deatils from the rider’s point of view. Also like the product videos and your podcat shows. Please let somebody join the podcats shows like Anton is doing it sometimes. I think that would bring more dynamic into it.

    Greets Bernhard

  40. Tamir Mashiach September 20, 2019

Hello Guys I’m Tamir mashiach 24 years old

I really love SwapMoto Live i watch all of your videos and contents guys , i really love the testers , the way you guys are presenting the new bikes that coming out , i dont really think you guys need to change anything , trying to make my friends following your youtube channel and instagram for sure haha trying to get them into the sport
keep making more MX raw videos please with rap music i love it 🙂 ,

if i can say anything is that i would like to see is

i really love swapmoto and adam cianciarulo , i know i dont have much chance to win because i live in israel and its far and i guess you guys prefer to give it to some kid/guy from USA
i really love america and i wish i will earn this helmet it means so much to me
specially when im kinda short in money to buy new good helmet hahah
i will do anything to win this helmet

    ty alot

  41. Tamir Mashiach September 26, 2019

Also i forgot to mention !
    its Tamir Mashiach again 🙂

    Make review of Protections gear
    Knee braces
    Helmets
would love to see that !

  42. Chris Price September 27, 2019

I think you guys are doing a rad job. I dig the podcasts and video interviews, love Monday kickstart and your love of custom painted helmets, and who can complain about giveaways like this? Maybe do some behind the scenes vids at some custom paint shops 🤙

  43. Henry September 28, 2019

    3 words, exciting enthralling interesting

  44. Ethan Michael September 30, 2019

It would be interesting to see some more editorials on various industry topics. The race coverage, interviews, and product information on this site are great. Having a weekly editorial, or something similar, would go along great with all other awesome site features.

  45. Adam Cohen September 30, 2019

Anton! We need more Anton! We need a podcast with Anton every week or so that goes in deep on what he feels can progress the sport. I think he has a really good/cool take and prospectives that most media outlets either don’t have or are not willing to bring them up! Keep up the good work SML!

  46. Blake k September 30, 2019

Killing it as usual! More behind the scenes of the fast mini kids could be cool!

  47. Philip Pineda September 30, 2019

I really can’t think of any improvements that Swap Moro Live needs, keep up the good work.

  48. Ashley Lengyel September 30, 2019

The look is sharp and the contents just as well! If you’re ever in the need of a transcriptionist and/or another editor, I’m your girl. Speaking of girls, it’d be really great to see some more ladies featured! I know WMX no longer has a pro series which is unfortunate in itself but I feel like there’s been a surge in women riders lately and we need to keep it going! All growth in this sport is good. Keep it up!

  49. Hoody Athens October 1, 2019

The way you guys have the show structured is just amazing. Just like when Antonovich wasn’t PHYSICALLY there, (The Jo Shimoda Episode) and he was on skype? That was genius. Even though there’s alot of moto podcasts out there, You guys make it easier for me to listen to and I love you guys for that.

  50. Hoody Athens October 1, 2019

It would be cool to have shows where Anton gives us his background on how he got started in the photography game. I really look up to bro and he’s a legend man.

  51. Hoody Athens October 1, 2019

Hey Swap, I know you’ve been in the moto scene for over 30 years, to share stories you never told, like stories with James, or even the 4’11” Wil Hahn, it’s always a good time when someone talks about and creates a scene from how they tell a story. and MORE COMMERCIALS!! I need discounts.

  52. Hoody Athens October 1, 2019

As far as criticism, I don’t really have alot to say. Probably just the background noise. I think the episode with McGrath or around there, Don was drinking something lol I dont know what it was. But I believe audio plays a big part. That’s really only the criticism I have. Shows are perfect length. Oh, Lastly, The Podcast Videos on you guy’s youtube channel, It would be nice if you could try to get more guest instead of just having the audio. I know it’s hard but I believe the physical features of seeing the guest talks is a bonus. Kinda like what PulpMX do with the facebook live thing. Hole this helps!

  53. Hoody Athens October 1, 2019

Ok last one lol, The podcasts videos you guys upload on youtube, example, the Bogle, how there was a slide show of his pictures throughout the 58min video, it would be cool if you guys could add clips from the person you guys interviewing racing or making cool passes and ext. Showing what they do on a motorcycle instead of pictures and/or add pictures throughout would be a much BIGGER improvement in my opinion.

  54. Justin P October 1, 2019

Really digging swapmotolive. Think its an improvement over TWMX

  55. Ray Herring October 2, 2019

hook a brother up! i need a future 450 champ helmet in my garage!!

  56. Ray Herring October 4, 2019

@ Swapmotolive who do you got your money on at Redbull Straight Rhythm?

  57. Ray Herring October 8, 2019

Ken Roczen94 killed it at RBSR!!

  58. Jim ` Hansen October 16, 2019

More on up and coming privateers old timers and bike features .

  59. Ray Herring October 23, 2019

MAN OH MAN!!! AC killed it at Monster Cup!! Going to be an interesting supercross season!! Was a winner ever decided for this helmet @swapmotolive ?
